Whether you use just to our core features or you use everything we offer,  Condo Control Central includes all of the following:

1. Data Upload.  We handle the process of uploading your existing owner and resident data into our system. No manual data entry is required on your part.  The best part is that we do the data loading very quickly so there is minimal waiting.
    
2. Training. Most of our features are very easy to use, but in case you need help, we offer regularly scheduled training. Just contact us to register for the next session.
    
3. Support.  All customers receive full support by phone and email. If you ever have a question or need help, our helpful team is just a phone call away.  Our support is available to everyone who uses Condo Control Central, from your property manager and board, to your security guards, owners and tenants. 
    
4. Unlimited Storage.  All of our features allow you to store as much data as you need, with no limits.
    
5. Offsite Backup.   All of your data is backed up in five geographically separate, physically secured data centres.  This ensures that even in the event of a disaster your data will always be available.
    
6. Uptime Guarantee.  Condo Control Central guarantees our service will provide 99.95% availability. This means you can use our services confident that they will always be available for you to use when you need them.
    
7. Future Upgrades and Enhancements. We are continuously striving to improve our service and we frequently incorporate changes or suggestions made by our clients. When you subscribe to for any of modules, you will receive all future upgrades and enhancements for that module at no additional charge. We value customer feedback, so if you have any suggestions or ideas for new features, please let us know.
