Our pricing starts at just $60 per building per month.
The service is organized into modules and you pay only for the modules you want to use. Our Core Module includes the minimum features that you need to successfully run a condo: Unit File, File Library, Announcements, Events, and Service Requests.
Other modules (such as Amenity Booking, the Security & Concierge Module or the Maintenance Module) are priced separately.
All subscriptions are billed monthly, and there is no contract or long term commitment. You can change the modules you use or cancel at any time. There is no setup fee for most situations. We accept payment by credit card, pre-authorized payment from your bank, or cheque, and invoices will be sent to you monthly by email.
