Pricing & Sign-Up

Our pricing starts at just $60 per building per month.

The service is organized into modules and you pay only for the modules you want to use. Our Core Module includes the minimum features that you need to successfully run a condo: Unit File, File Library, Announcements, Events, and Service Requests.

Other modules (such as Amenity Booking, the Security & Concierge Module or the Maintenance Module) are priced separately.

All subscriptions are billed monthly, and there is no contract or long term commitment. You can change the modules you use or cancel at any time. There is no setup fee for most situations. We accept payment by credit card, pre-authorized payment from your bank, or cheque, and invoices will be sent to you monthly by email.

	Public Web Site Module Provide a public website for your condo. Includes your own domain registration. (e.g, www.mycondo.com) and setup of your site.
	Amenity Booking Module Everything you need to manage your amenity bookings.
	Security & Concierge Module Allows your security guards to manage visitor parking, track packages, incident reporting, security shift logs, permission to enter records, and master key tracking.
	Maintenance Tracking Record and follow-up all of your building's maintenance activities.
	Task Tracking Module Record and follow-up all of the tasks that arise during your condo board meetings.
	Discussion Forum Module Allow your owners and residents to hold discussions online and post classified ads.
