Condo Control Central is an ideal tool for managing condos.  It is a central online tool that provides a repository for tracking information, documents, and resident requests... and aside from accounting, almost everything needed to manage a condo building. We struggled in the past with email and trying to make other online sites work, but they never did suit condos (or we had to use multiple tools like an email service separate from document storage). Condo Control Central provides us with the perfect solution. In addition, the team is very responsive to questions and suggestions about product improvements which means Condo Control Central is always looking to keep improving and help condo managers. Our condominium has engaged Condo Central to maintain our website (about a year and a half).  We find it helpful to have notices, financial statements, service requests and amenity bookings all at owners disposal, and accessible at anytime and anywhere. We receive an email notice every time a new posting is added, very convenient. I am on the board of directors and the Board members have access to more information that is important to our job.  We can see service requests and security reports, which helps us be on top of events and take appropriate measures in a timely manner. We haven't started using it to its full extent, but the functionality is there to cover all the needs of different types of users in a condo.  When the database is loaded and the users start participating, it will streamline the condo management.  I participated in the user acceptance testing and appreciate how useful it will be.

Condo Control Central was interviewed a while back with hopes that our communication with residents and staff alike might improve. During the presentation, much was promised as far as what could ultimately be done. Since going with CCC, we've been nothing but kicking ourselves that we didn't find them sooner!!!! It's so nice as a board member to be able to just post information on the go! Announcements, Notices, Newsletters (and the list goes on) all go up with ease.  Residents and off-site owners can always look up information on their own and this ultimately alleviates the load on our property manager. Condo Control does indeed centralilze our info and help make things more manageable all around! I could go on and on forever.....
